At Barato ApS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard retail items. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund or exchange provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Barato ApS account or use our online portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
